Returns & Exchanges

If you’re looking to return or exchange your purchase for whatever reason, I’m here to help! Please contact me to let me know what issues you might be having with your purchase. I offer returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order. Refunds will be made for the price of the item, excluding shipping fees.

Please note the following exceptions to our return and exchange policy:

• Discounted and sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• Customized items cannot be returned or exchanged. 
• Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use.

As all my items are uniquely handmade, there may be slight variations in the pattern and fabric used, as such I would not offer refunds for such variations.  

Returned items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. Return shipping charges are non refundable and are full responsibility of the customer. 

If you need to return an item, please Contact Me with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. I will respond quickly with instructions on how to return items from your order.
